My story, Being a Bruce Springsteen fan I was excited when the opportunity to purchase tickets for an upcoming show in Boston. Getting on-line and requesting the "Best Available" 4 seats I was given 4 balcony seats ( last row) sect. 302. These are about mid court and I assumed because they were best available the show was selling out quickly, so I took them. Now, I am not so naive to think some more desirable seats may have gone to those later "in line" but I did not want to take the chance of not getting any seats. Two shows sold out in a few hours so I felt I made the right choice. One day before the 1st show I saw TM had just released some previously not available tickets....okay I understand they hold some for band members etc... but it wasn't just a few tickets...as I write this ( the first show is tonight my tix are for tomorrow) they are still selling tickets for tomorrow nights show. Lots of Loge seating is now available for the same price I bought Bal tickets, but there are no balcony seats available ....makes me wonder... Did they hold back Loge seats so they could sell out all the less desirable seating, then just before the show sell the seats which they know people will buy up to really sell out??. Now I could buy the newly available loge seats but then I am stuck with balconies, which, I won't be able to get rid of ...who would buy these when they can get better a seat at the same price through TM. Just seems like a bait and switch scam.... Thanks for letting me vent.... Oh by the way what is up with a "service charge" per ticket ...what more work goes into buying 4 tix than 2 or 6 ... especially if they are e-tickets..
